ARC Requests
To locate the forms for submitting an outdoor modification, go to the CPM website.
https://www.cpmsupport.com/
Then click on the big blue Homeowner Support button at the top right of the page.
From there you can either print the form and mail it in OR scan the completed form and email it to the addresses provided on the form.

Counter Tops and Tile
We have had excellent experiences working with Rob at Tile and Stone Works . They have a wide variety of products for Kitchen and bath counter tops, from natural stone to manmade such as quartz.
Also, a great selection of tiles for showers and kitchen backsplash. I personally prefer the 19 mile location in Sterling Heights.

Nancy M, and Annick used this company to redo their decks. Annick went with composite material that doesn't have to be stained. It turned out very nice.

Lighting
I had a wonderful experience working with the staff (Jennie) at Shelby Design Center. I really liked that they had a large sample showroom of lighting for Foyer, dining table and bathrooms (outdoor too, but we are currently prohibited by the current board to put in anything updated or nice looking). Their pricing was very competitive and orders arrived in a timely manner. Great with follow up. They are located at 50170 Van Dyke Ave in Shelby Township.
