Welcome to Gail Leslie and her husband John Deland!

They will be closing on 3614 Lexington on September 16.

"About Us:

John grew up in southeast Michigan, near Monroe. I have lived in Chicago or nearby suburbs all my life.

We have lived in the western Chicago suburb of Downers Grove since 1982.

Our older son and wife live in Bristol, England, and our younger son, wife and 2 grandsons live in Bloomfield Township ( our main reason for moving!)

John and I are retired. John was a partner in a mid-sized CPA firm and I spent part of my career in finance and then as a library technical assistant at an elementary school."

Number of HOA Board Members

After speaking to a number of residents within Arbor Cove, it has become apparent that many are interested in increasing the number of board members on the board.

Fortunately, we have several people who are interested in serving.

This would provide for greater input and communication with our board members. It would also create opportunity for greater exchange of ideas and discussion on the board.

This is actually a very simple process. A vote is held and once approved, it is recorded with the county. No need to hire a lawyer or incur additional costs.
